This is our 05+ Superduty Axle Swap Kit, it is designed to make your swap as easy and simple as possible. All of our brackets are bolt on with a few new holes that will need to be drilled. All brackets are 1/4" steel CNC cut and MIG welded. This kit is designed to work with a lift up to 3".

Fitment notes
- Fits 1992-1997 F250, F350
- F150, Bronco, 80-91 and 2wd Trucks will require additional holes drilled and may need a 1/4" shim at the frame rail for the track bar bracket.
- ZF5 Trucks will need the crossmember modified
- Minor trimming to the engine crossmember might be required for track bar clearance (1/6" - 1/4")

- Your wheel bolt pattern will now be 8x170 with a 17" wheel minimum

Still installing my kit but it is going great. Just wanted to say that this is definitely well thought out, very well built, and very beefy compared to others I have seen. No other company sends bolts like this and I have not seen any other company send the two bolts for the track bar to go in the frame like this. I would 110% buy another kit from BDD again and not think twice about buying from anyone else. Not only is the kit put together well but the customer support is above and beyond answering all of my questions to the best of his ability and helped with what parts to use too. Definitely worth every penny and would recommend this company to anyone with an obs. Words can’t describe how amazed I am with this kit and company. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this kit is definitely worthy of a million stars again this kit is the best out there. I will always buy BDD for any other build I have in the future.
Kit was well thought out and went together very well. I swapped in 2016 f350 axles with a wide track front axle. I had to do some minor fabrication to the front sway bar bracket for it to fit properly with the wide track axle, but after 5000 miles everything is still good.
Was worried about this kit working on my 1985 F-250 but everything worked great! Company was quick to help with questions and the quality of parts are very good!
The parts fit very well and looked great. Would definitely recommend buying from blowing diesel.
I originally got my kit in February of 2023, after a year and over 30k miles most of which are on the roughest oilfield lease roads in west Texas I have had zero issues. This is an awesome kit
