08+ Rear Leaf Spring Hanger Kit with Shackles

This 2008+ leaf spring hanger kit is our newest addition to our line of products for the OBS trucks. This kit makes the installation of longer, better riding leaf spring from a 2008 through current Super-duty possible.

When we designed this kit, we had our customers interests and needs in mind. Our hangers make the swap a breeze, because they utilize the already existing holes on the OBS frame. While the kit was designed to position the axle in the wheel well in the OBS position, we decide to include 2 additional holes for those customers who would like to move the axle forward or backwards due to aftermarket leaf springs not positioning the axle in the correct position. The rear hanger was redesigned to allow for better shackle geometry and it was extended to keep the correct pinion angle on the axle. The shackle its self is a long travel shackle. It helps the leaf springs travel freely, providing an overall better riding experience and more wheel travel off-road. 

All brackets are made of PnO steel, CNC cut & bent, and professionally MIG welded. The shackles utilize a 2" Dom tube, 1/4" wall, it includes a zerk fitting and poly bushings.

• Grade 8 hardware to mount brackets to frame
• Class 10.9 hardware to mount leaf springs to brackets

Fitment notes

• Fits 1992-1997 F250, F350
• F150, Bronco, 80-91, may require additional holes drilled 
• 2008-2016 leaf springs have a smaller front hanger bolt than the 2017-current leaf springs
