Ford OBS 05+ Axle Swap Kit

Received the kit in a great packaging. Everything looks perfect looking forward to my install!!

I already left one review after I received the kit now I want to leave a review after install. I give this kit a 12 out of 10. The thought that went into this kit is top notch. Everything lined up great and it was very straight forward. It’s very rare that you ad that many aftermarket parts and everything lines up.

Most of the original holes lined up. Pretty straightforward. Very happy overall

Stellar product and customer service!!! Reached out to BDD and received a call back from Joel personally. Product is top notch, all brackets aligned properly. Install was a breeze with basic hand tools and some jack stands. Well worth the money considering the quality, and the time saved not trying to make the original ford brackets work.

Called and they were so informative and helpful in deciding what lift block I needed. Install went very smooth!

Kit came in perfect from delivery service. Received kit in a quick turnaround from purchase. When having a quick question on the coil buckets, quick response. Love the kit, will get a rear kit once I get the front complete. Thanks to Joel and everyone at BDDesigns.

I have not installed the kit yet I’m still rebuilding and painting my new axles, but first impressions is that this kit is very well made and well thought out all the hardware is included and some of it is labeled. My only complaint is that there is no powder coat options. But that’s a minor inconvenience. Overall very excited to install the swap and will leave another review once completed.

OBS 05+ Axle Swap Kit (4"-7" Lift)

I bought the RYD kit. Nothing fits like it should have to drill every single hole, and get no customer support. So I ordered the BDD sway bar brackets. They bolt right in no drilling required.

After breaking 2 driver door handles, I purchased this kit to strengthen the old, and somewhat flimsy, metal frames on the driver and passenger door handles mount to on my 1993 OBS Ford F350 single cab pickup. The metal in these door areas tends to flex when pulling the inside handles. This causes you to pull harder on the inside door handle to release their latches. This in-turn over-stresses the handles, eventually weakening them and causing them to bend or break. Using this kit solved that problem perfectly.

Once the kit arrived, I bought a pop-rivet tool at the local hardware store and watched a Youtube video on how to install the kit. Everything went perfectly. I also replaced the door handles while I had the doors apart and they now work very smoothly. I can see this fix lasting for the remaining life of my old girl.
