The BDD 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty & Excursion 05+ Radius Arm Brackets are designed specifically for trucks converting to a 2005+ Super Duty front axle and radius arm suspension. These bolt-on brackets allow 1999-2004 Ford F-250, F-350, and compatible Excursion builds to properly mount 2005+ Super Duty radius arms during an axle swap.

Designed with ease of installation in mind, the BDD radius arm brackets mount at the factory frame location and maximize the use of existing frame holes. This helps keep installation straightforward while correctly positioning the 2005+ radius arms and maintaining proper suspension geometry.

Each bracket is constructed from 1/4" steel, CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded for strength and durability. Built specifically around the 1999-2004 Ford frame and 2005+ Super Duty suspension, these brackets provide a purpose-built solution for your 05+ axle swap without having to fabricate custom radius arm mounts.
