1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 05+ Long Arm 4-Link Kit

The BDD 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 05+ Long Arm 4-Link Kit is designed for 1999-2004 Ford F-250, F-350 builds running a 2005+ Super Duty front axle swap with 4" or more of lift. This system provides a heavy-duty long arm suspension solution for higher lift heights while maintaining driving control, stability, and proper suspension geometry.

Compared to traditional radius arm setups, this 4-link design minimizes caster change throughout suspension travel, resulting in steadier steering, improved handling, and better performance both on and off-road.

The system features 1-1/4" Johnny Joints for precise axle positioning and caster adjustment. The 4-link arms are constructed from 2" DOM tubing with a 1/4" wall thickness for maximum strength. The mounts are built from 1/4" pickled and oiled (P&O) steel, CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded.

Designed specifically around the 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty platform, this long arm 4-link kit provides a purpose-built suspension solution for builders looking to take their 05+ Super Duty axle swap beyond a traditional radius arm setup.
