99-04 Super-Duty & Excursions 05+ Long Arm 4-Link Kit

After a long wait, we’re proud to introduce the BDD Long Arm 4-Link Kit for 1999–2004 Ford Super Duty trucks and Excursions. This system is designed for trucks running higher lift heights without sacrificing driving control and stability.

Compared to traditional radius arm setups, this 4-link design minimizes caster change throughout suspension travel, resulting in steadier steering, improved handling, and better performance both on and off-road.

The kit features 1-1/4" Johnny Joints for precise axle positioning and caster adjustment, paired with links constructed from 2" DOM tubing with 1/4" wall thickness for maximum strength. The 4-link mounts are built from 1/4" pickled and oiled (PnO) steel, CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded.
