Part of BDD’s expanding product line for 1999–2004 Ford Super Duty trucks, this 2008+ rear hanger kit is designed to providing a strong and reliable mounting solution for your rear suspension setup. Currently available for long bed trucks only. Short bed and Excursion fitment is in development and will be released once testing is complete.

Built with ease of installation in mind, these hangers are designed to work with factory frame locations where possible, helping reduce install time and complexity.

Constructed from 1/4" CNC-cut steel and fully MIG welded, they are built to handle the demands of heavy-duty use both on and off-road.

Kit includes

  • Front leaf spring hangers
  • Long travel shackles & shackle hangers
  • Grade 8 hardware to mount brackets to frame

Fitment notes

  • Fits 1999-2004 Super-Duty Trucks
  • Only fits long bed trucks (short bed & Excursion kits coming soon)
  • 2008-2016 leaf springs have a smaller front hanger bolt than the 2017-current leaf springs

  • Ships in raw steel
  • Allow 2+ week of lead time to ship
