1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 2008+ Rear Hanger Kit

The BDD 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 2008+ Rear Hanger Kit is designed for 1999-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks converting to 2008+ Super Duty rear leaf springs. This kit provides a strong, purpose-built mounting solution for upgrading the rear suspension while incorporating newer Super Duty leaf springs into your build.

Designed with ease of installation in mind, the BDD rear hanger kit utilizes factory frame locations where possible, helping reduce unnecessary drilling and installation complexity.

The hangers are constructed from 1/4" CNC-cut steel and fully MIG welded for the strength needed in heavy-duty on- and off-road applications. Long-travel shackles and shackle hangers are included to complete the rear mounting setup.

Currently, this 2008+ rear leaf spring hanger conversion is available for long-bed 1999-2004 Super Duty trucks only. Short-bed and Excursion applications are currently in development and will be released once testing is complete.

• 2008-2016 leaf springs have a smaller front hanger bolt than the 2017-current leaf springs
