Upgrade from our F-350 1985-97 pitman arm included in our 0-3" Ford OBS 05+ Axle Swap Kit to a gear box swap kit. 

Gear Box Swap Kit includes:

• Power steering pressure hose line
• M14 Hardware
• Super-duty pitman arm
