TSW AZ x BDD 2015-2020 Ford F-150 Gen 2 Coil Bucket Conversion

 The TSW AZ x BDD 2015-2020 Ford F-150 Gen 2 Coil Bucket Conversion is a heavy-duty weld-in coil bucket system developed in collaboration between Blowing Diesel Designs and TSW Offroad Arizona. Designed for 2015-2020 Ford F-150 and Gen 2 Ford Raptor suspension applications, these fabricated coil buckets provide the strength and clearance needed for aftermarket coilover setups while maintaining compatibility with OEM-style shocks.

The coil buckets feature a single-piece bent design for increased strength with fewer unnecessary seams. The upper mounting area is constructed with double-stacked 3/16" steel plates, and each bucket is fully welded on both the inside and outside for additional durability.

The bucket design provides clearance for a wide range of aftermarket coilovers, coilover top mounts, and OEM shocks. Slotted upper control arm (UCA) mounts provide additional adjustment to help achieve proper suspension fitment and geometry.

For standard Ford F-150 applications, the kit also includes the necessary frame reinforcement plates. Gen 2 Ford Raptors are already equipped with factory reinforcement in this area and do not require the additional plates.
