The BDD Ford OBS 05+ Radius Arm Brackets are designed to mount 2005+ Super Duty radius arms to the frame of an OBS Ford during a front axle swap. These bolt-on brackets utilize existing factory frame holes wherever possible, helping simplify installation while maintaining the correct radius arm mounting position.

The brackets are built with the proper offset from the OBS frame to help prevent radius arm binding throughout suspension travel. Each bracket is constructed from 1/4" steel, CNC cut, and fully MIG welded for strength and durability.

2WD OBS Axle Swap Option

Our 2WD radius arm bracket option is designed to utilize as many existing frame holes as possible when converting a 2WD OBS truck to a 2005+ Super Duty front axle.

Installation requires three new holes per radius arm bracket, along with enlarging two existing holes.

Includes  

  • Left and right radius arm brackets
  • Grade 8 frame mounting hardware

Fitment notes 

  • Fits 1980–1997 Ford F-250 & F-350
  • F150, Bronco, 80-91 and 2wd Trucks will require additional holes drilled

Additional notes 

  • Some lift kits may require modifications to the radius arm drop brackets
  • Ships in raw steel
  • Allow 1–2 weeks lead time to ship
