The BDD Fabricated Radius Arms for 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty Axles are a heavy-duty, fully adjustable replacement for the factory Super Duty radius arms. Designed for both Ford OBS 05+ axle swaps and 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty applications, these fabricated radius arms provide increased adjustability and suspension articulation for trucks from stock height up to 8" of lift.
The radius arms are fabricated from 2" DOM tubing with a 1/4" wall thickness and 1/4" pickled and oiled (P&O) steel components. Each arm is CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded for strength and durability.
Instead of the factory Super Duty radius arm bushings, the BDD fabricated radius arms utilize rebuildable Johnny Joints. The joint design allows increased suspension articulation while also providing the ability to adjust the radius arms for caster and axle placement.
For OBS Ford owners completing a 2005-2016 Super Duty front axle swap, these radius arms provide an alternative to using factory Super Duty radius arms with drop radius arm brackets. They can also be used on compatible Super Duty trucks as an upgraded adjustable radius arm setup.
