BDD Ford Super Duty Fabricated Rear Lift Blocks

The BDD Ford Super Duty Fabricated Rear Lift Blocks are built to properly lift the rear of your Ford truck while helping dial in the rear pinion angle. Designed for Ford OBS and Super Duty applications, these heavy-duty fabricated lift blocks are a great option for lifted trucks and 05+ axle swap builds that need the rear ride height matched to the front suspension.

Each lift block is fabricated from 1/4" pickled and oiled (P&O) steel plate. Components are CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded for strength and durability.

The top and bottom plates are designed to capture the U-bolts, helping securely locate the lift blocks between the axle and leaf springs. The blocks are designed for 3" wide leaf springs and 3-1/2" axle tubes and are available in multiple heights to accommodate different suspension setups.

How to Measure for Rear Lift Blocks

If you're installing these lift blocks as part of a Ford 05+ axle swap, we recommend completing the front axle swap before determining the rear block height. This allows you to measure the truck at its new front ride height and select the appropriate rear lift block.

Measure from the ground to the top of the front and rear wheel openings. Compare the two measurements to determine how much additional rear height is needed.

The difference between the front and rear measurements will need to be added to or subtracted from your existing rear block height to determine the appropriate new block height.
