Ford OBS 05+ 6-12" Fabricated Track Bar, Bracket & Truss Kit

The BDD Ford OBS 05+ 6-12" Fabricated Track Bar, Bracket & Truss Kit is designed for Ford OBS trucks running a 2005+ Super Duty front axle swap with 6-12 inches of lift. Built specifically for higher-lift applications, this system provides a heavy-duty track bar solution designed to properly locate the front axle while maintaining track bar and steering geometry.

Unlike a factory-style track bar setup, this kit uses a fabricated adjustable track bar, heavy-duty frame-side bracket, and full-width weld-on axle truss to create a complete track bar mounting system for high-lift OBS 05+ axle swaps.

The fabricated track bar is constructed from 1-3/4" DOM tubing with a 1/4" wall thickness and uses 1" FK Bearing HEIM joints for strength, durability, and adjustability. The frame-side track bar bracket is built from 3/8" and 1/4" pickled and oiled (P&O) steel for maximum strength.

On the axle side, a full-width weld-on truss reinforces the axle while also providing the mounting location for the fabricated track bar. Together, these components create a purpose-built solution for OBS Ford builds running significantly more lift than a standard 05+ axle swap configuration.
