Ford OBS 05+ Cradle 4-Link Kit with Rear Air Ride

The BDD Ford OBS 05+ Cradle 4-Link Kit with Rear Air Ride is a complete suspension conversion system for Ford OBS trucks running 2005+ Super Duty front and rear axles. Designed for builds with 6" or more of lift, this system combines a cradle-mounted long arm 4-link front suspension with the components needed to convert the rear suspension to air ride.

The cradle system provides the mounting foundation for the front 4-link while tying together key suspension components for the 05+ axle conversion. The front suspension uses 1-1/4" Johnny Joints for precise axle positioning and caster adjustment, paired with 4-link arms constructed from 2" DOM tubing with a 1/4" wall thickness.

The system also incorporates fabricated track bars, an axle truss, coil spring buckets, track bar bracket, sway bar brackets, and crossmember to create a purpose-built suspension package for high-lift OBS Ford builds.

For the rear suspension, the kit includes the mounting components needed to convert the truck to rear air ride suspension. Air bags and the air management system are sold separately, allowing the air system to be selected based on the specific truck and intended use.

The cradle, brackets, and mounts are constructed from 1/4" pickled and oiled (P&O) steel, CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded for strength and durability.

Currently available for Crew Cab Long Bed applications. Additional configurations are in development.

Air Ride Components
