BDD Ford OBS Rear Shock Mount

The BDD Ford OBS Rear Shock Mount is a weld-on shock mount designed for Sterling 10.5 and Dana 80 dually rear axle swaps in Ford OBS trucks.

On 1980-1997 Ford OBS trucks, both rear shocks are positioned facing toward the front of the truck. Super Duty rear axle configurations use a different shock arrangement, with one shock facing forward and the other facing rearward. When installing a compatible Super Duty rear axle into an OBS Ford, this mount allows the driver-side rear shock to be repositioned to the proper OBS orientation.

This weld-on rear shock mount provides a simple solution for builders completing a Ford OBS rear axle swap without having to fabricate a custom shock mounting point.
