TSW AZ x BDD 2010-2014 Ford F-150 Gen 1 Coil Bucket Conversion

The TSW AZ x BDD Ford F-150 Gen 1 Coil Bucket Conversion is a heavy-duty weld-in coil bucket system developed in collaboration between TSW Offroad Arizona and Blowing Diesel Designs. Built for high-performance suspension applications, these fabricated coil buckets provide the clearance and strength needed for coilover conversions on compatible Ford F-150 and Raptor builds.

The single-piece bent design reduces unnecessary seams while creating a strong foundation for the front suspension. The upper mounting plate uses double-stacked 3/16" steel plates for additional strength, and each bucket is fully welded on both the inside and outside for maximum durability.

Designed with clearance for aftermarket coilovers, coilover top mounts, and compatible OEM shocks, the buckets also feature slotted upper control arm (UCA) mounts to provide additional adjustment for proper fitment and suspension setup.
