1999-2004 Ford Super Duty & Excursion 05+ Axle Swap Kit

The BDD 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty & Excursion 05+ Axle Swap Kit is designed to convert 1999-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks and compatible Ford Excursions to a 2005+ Super Duty front axle and coil spring suspension.

This bolt-on axle swap system uses existing factory frame locations wherever possible, helping simplify the conversion while maintaining proper suspension geometry. Whether you're replacing the factory front suspension or building a more capable lifted truck, the BDD 05+ Axle Swap Kit provides the core suspension components needed to install a newer Super Duty front axle under your 1999-2004 platform.

All brackets are constructed from 1/4" steel, CNC cut, precision bent, and fully MIG welded for strength and durability. The system is designed around the differences between the 1999-2004 and 2005+ Super Duty platforms to provide a purpose-built axle swap solution rather than piecing together individual brackets.

Fitment notes 

• Fits 1999-2004 Ford F-250 & F-350 Super Duty trucks & Excursion
• This kit is designed to work with 2005–2007 factory front sway bars only. If your truck is equipped with a 2008+ sway bar, it must be replaced with a 2005–2007 sway bar for proper fitment.
• Driveshaft modifications may be required
• Requires minimum of 17" wheel
